Beth A. Serafini-Smith is a distinguished graduate of Purdue University where she graduated as the 1991 Outstanding History and Political Science Senior. She is also a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law.
Beth began her law career in the field of creditor/debtor law after being admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1997. She provided direct support to several Fortune 500 companies and handled all matters associated with securing outstanding funds for her clients.
Beth and her family moved to Texas in 2005. She passed the Texas Bar Exam in 2009. As a means to further enhance her legal experience she interned at the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office. She has been practicing law in the area of Probate and Estate Planning since March of 2012. Beth is a proud member of the Indiana State Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the Katy Bar Association, and the Fort Bend County Bar Association. Beth is a proud sponsor of the Seven Lakes High School Lacrosse Club. Beth has served as a volunteer in the PTA, as a Fort Bend CASA, and as a Take Flight Mentor at Tompkins High School.
In August 2013 the Serafini Smith Law Firm opened its doors. The focus of the firm is to provide Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust services in a respectable way that is both efficient and timely. She will guide, advise, suggest and create a blanket of protection for the security of your family when you can no longer protect them yourself.
